Dule is a Cannonau from Sardinia that bears the signature of Gabbas. It originates from a single vineyard, the Dule vineyard, located in the area surrounding Nuoro.
It consists of pure Cannonau grapes, born from 40 year old vines. The grapes ferment and macerate on the skins for about 20 - 25 days, followed by an aging of 12 months in barrique and 10-12 months in bottle.
It shows a ruby colour and a perfume marked by the fresh features of the red fruit and aromatic herbs. The body is full and very balanced in its components: Softness and structure perfectly balance freshness, tannin and salty flavour.
